We are thrilled to report that hundreds of Territorian Grandparents and older carers enjoyed a morning with their grandchildren at 3 movies on Sunday 29 October.
The movie events in Casuarina, Palmerson and Alice Springs were organised by COTA NT and featured heavily discounted tickets thanks to grant funding from the Northern Government’s Territory Families, Housing and Communities.
Each ticket entitled the bearer to either morning tea (older Grandies at $5) or popcorn and a soft drink (the younger ones for $2.50). Some grandparents bought more than one child along and we hope the specially priced tickets helped!

Stephen, we have one last movie morning for Katherine on Sunday 5th November 2023, and next year….well it’s still in the planning!
